Abstract

В статье описана роль высокотехнологичной кардиологии в преодолении феномена сверхсмертности от болезней системы кровообращения, предпринята попытка систематического анализа барьеров, сдерживающих развитие этого направления медицины в нашей стране, даются предварительные оценки потенциала роста объема услуг высокотехнологичной кардиологии, представлена характеристика важнейших элементов концепции политики развития, а также проблемных ситуаций, возникающих в процессе ее разработки и реализации.
