Abstract

Статья является продолжением опубликованной в предыдущем номере журнала (№ 1, 2008 г.) работы, посвященной построению системы таблиц, на теоретическом уровне описывающих трансформацию первичных доходов в расходы на конечное потребление и сбережение. На основе предложенной системы таблиц строится эмпирическая модель, позволяющая количественно описать взаимосвязи элементов добавленной стоимости и конечного продукта в российской экономике на временном интервале 1995-2003 гг. Предложен и реализован алгоритм оценивания частей (потоков) первичных доходов, расходуемых на финансирование различных статей конечного использования. Рассчитанные потоки интерпретируются как элементы IV квадранта межотраслевого баланса (либо таблиц использования товаров и услуг) в текущих ценах покупателей. Оценена система динамических уравнений для таких долей, на базе которой возможно прогнозирование структуры конечного использования при заданных объемах элементов добавленной стоимости.
