Abstract

В статье изложена разработанная авторами методика, позволяющая определить необходимый объем финансирования сферы образования из всех уровней бюджетной системы на 2008-2010 гг., основываясь на среднероссийском значении объема финансирования с учетом индекса бюджетных расходов для двух вариантов студенческого контингента: фактической численности бюджетных студентов и контингента студентов, обеспечивающего потребности экономики в квалифицированных кадрах. Разработка методики и выполнение расчетов проведены на основе документов долгосрочного прогнозирования РФ, трехлетнего федерального бюджета РФ на 2008-2010 гг.
