Abstract

В статье предпринята попытка обосновать развитие информационных технологий (ИТ) как основы формирования главного инновационного вектора развития созидательно-творческих сил, модернизации интеллектуальных ресурсов страны. Особое внимание уделяется возможностям внедрения ИТ в систему образования, развития дистанционного обучения и формирования электронных ресурсов. Предложены меры по усилению социальной направленности развития ИТ, скорейшей интеграции отечественной науки, образования и промышленности в международные инновационные структуры. Сделан вывод о необходимости скорейшего перехода к модели радикально-инновационного типа развития экономики и повышения ее конкурентоспособности, а также модернизации интеллектуальных ресурсов.
