Анализ Параметров Социальной Политики На Основе Прогнозирования Показателей Финансирования Социальной Сферы

Abstract

Cтатья продолжает начатую в нашем журнале (2007 г. № 1) публикацию результатов прогнозов в комплексной системе «Население, доходы, потребление», разработанной в ЦЭМИ РАН. Соответствующие прогнозы охватывают показатели финансирования социальной сферы на макроуровне, по группам населения и типам семей. Показано, что расширение статистической базы исследования и ее модернизация после переписи населения 2002 г. привели к существенным изменениям в прогнозе важнейших параметров социальной политики. Приводятся их подробный анализ и выводы.
