Прогноз Урожайности Зерновых Культур Как Основа Прогнозирования Объемов Сельскохозяйственного Производства

Abstract

В статье изучается вопрос среднесрочного прогнозирования урожайности зерновых культур, который занимает одно из центральных мест в процедурах разработки агропродовольственной политики на уровне страны, регионов, а также программ развития сельскохозяйственных организаций. На основе всестороннего анализа показателя урожайности предложен авторский алгоритм построения прогноза на среднесрочный период. Возможности применения данного алгоритма показаны на примере конкретных товаропроизводителей. Даны методологические рекомендации по прогнозированию аграрного производства на региональном уровне.
