Возможности Преодоления Последствий Экономического Кризиса В России

Abstract

В статье автор, рассматривая возможные пути преодоления последствий нынешнего экономического кризиса в России, подчеркивает, что в настоящее время нет стратегии преодоления внутренних причин, приведших к возникновению кризиса (отсутствие структурной политики и модернизации производства, ориентация на монопродуктовый экспорт) и предлагает комплекс мер антикризисной программы, предотвращающих повторение новых кризисных ситуаций и предусматривающих, прежде всего, направления организации инвестиционного процесса и долгосрочного кредитования производства, антимонопольного регулирования, стимулирования создания новых рабочих мест, налоговой политики.
