Abstract

В статье рассматривается поэтапный механизм выбора инновационных и инвестиционных проектов. Вместо традиционного сравнения на основе построения аддитивной или мультипликативной функции свертки многих критериев для оценки конкурирующих за ресурсы проектов используется последовательное сравнение характеристик проектов на этапах их подготовки. Предлагаемый механизм соответствует логике формирования и выполнения целевых проектов и позволяет существенно снизить уровень рисков при анализе и выборе лучших проектов из множества анализируемых.
