Abstract

Статья посвящена разработке теоретической схемы, описывающей трансформацию первичных доходов в расходы на конечное потребление и сбережение в российской экономике. Схема представляет собой систему взаимосвязанных таблиц и отражает распределение первичных доходов между институциональными секторами, их последующее перераспределение и использование. Схема учитывает особенности российской экономики и существующей статистики. Она методологически согласована с межотраслевым балансом в текущих ценах покупателей и на теоретическом уровне описывает связь II и III его квадрантов. Поэтому предлагаемая система таблиц рассматривается в статье как IV квадрант межотраслевого баланса. Теоретическая схема используется авторами в качестве необходимой базы для построения эмпирической модели взаимосвязи добавленной стоимости и конечного продукта, которая будет опубликована в следующем номере журнала.
