Abstract

В статье рассмотрены алгоритмы и математические модели, позволяющие на основе макроэкономического анализа получать прогнозные оценки потребностей региональных экономик в выпускниках системы высшего, среднего и начального профессионального образования и формировать плановые цифры приема в образовательные учреждения на базе этих потребностей. Модель опирается на матрицы профессионально-квалификационных соответствий, в ней используются коэффициенты ротации занятого в экономике населения и данные о среднегодовой численности работников по отраслям экономики и уровням образования. Методика для прогнозирования потребностей в выпускниках системы профессионального образования является унифицированной для всех субъектов Российской Федерации.
