Abstract

Статья посвящена сравнению динамики основных экономических показателей, характеризующих состояние российской экономики в периоды кризисов 1998-1999 гг. и 2008-2009 гг. На основании анализа месячной и квартальной статистики за указанные периоды авторы, во-первых, рассматривают возможность применения количественного и качественного подходов к анализу кризисных явлений, и во-вторых, пытаются структурировать фазы кризиса в российской экономике, а также ответить на вопрос о возможной длительности экономического спада, начавшегося во второй половине 2008 г.
