Abstract

В статье рассматриваются стратегические направления модернизации нефтеперерабатывающей отрасли промышленности. Обосновывается выбор конкретных технологических процессов для реализации глубокой переработки нефти. Показано, что «естественный ход» развития отрасли ведет к серьезному отставанию от мирового уровня и обосновывается необходимость активного участия государства в развитии этой отрасли.
