Abstract

В статье анализируется динамика доходов и потребления населения России в 2000-х годах, исследуются факторы ускоренного роста и важнейшие изменения структуры розничного товарооборота в этот период, сдвиги в структуре использования доходов и динамике товарооборота под влиянием начавшегося в 2008 г. кризиса. Представлены прогнозные оценки на 2009 г. Сформулированы предложения по первоочередным антикризисным мерам и направлениям государственной политики в сфере потребления
