Abstract

В статье обсуждаются особенности российской инновационной системы переходного периода, на основе выборочного обследования анализируется специфика становления в современных российских условиях малых инновационных фирм. Сформулированы конкретные рекомендации по созданию эффективной финансовой и производственной инфраструктур поддержки малого инновационного бизнеса.
