Прогнозирование Динамики Спроса На Рынке Труда На Различных Фазах Развития Кризисных Процессов В Российской Экономике

Abstract

В статье представлена макроэкономическая методика, на основе которой осуществляется прогнозирование дополнительного спроса на рабочую силу в среднесрочном периоде. Моделирование поведения спроса на рынке труда в условиях протекающих кризисных явлений базируется на анализе прогнозных сценариев основных макроэкономических показателей РФ в кризисный и посткризисный периоды до 2015 г. Для верификации прогнозных оценок дополнительного спроса на рабочую силу использованы данные детального мониторинга ситуации на рынке труда в 2009 г. по планируемым и осуществленным увольнениям.
