Обеспечение Населения Медицинскими Услугами: Экономические Проблемы

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются экономические вопросы современной реформы здравоохранения в России. Анализируются различные подходы к развитию системы охраны здоровья в стране с точки зрения обеспечения доступа населения к медицинской помощи. Автор (с учетом мирового опыта) приходит к выводу, что необходимо не просто наращивать расходы на здравоохранение, а изначально выбрать вариант системы финансирования, обеспечивающий эффективные формы оказания качественной медицинской помощи населению. В этом государственная система имеет относительное преимущество перед другими методами финансирования.
