Abstract

В развитие первой статьи рассматриваются задачи стимулирования интеллектуальных (нематериальных) услуг в процессе перехода экономики России на путь инновационного развития. Анализируются три концепции (трех разных экономических школ) инновационного развития России, которые могут быть реализованы в среднеи долгосрочной перспективе в стране. Перечислены и подробно описаны реализуемые в России институциональные меры и экономические механизмы, направленные на развитие научно-образовательного комплекса страны. Дана оценка эффективности применяемой в РФ системы регулирования и стимулирования интеллектуальных (нематериальных) услуг.
