Abstract

В статье дается оценка состояния производственно-технологического потенциала в странах постсоветского пространства, сложившегося в ходе рыночных трансформаций. Анализируются перспективы перехода отдельных стран СНГ к инновационной модели развития и связанные с этим проблемы формирования национальных инновационных систем. Показаны общие закономерности и национальные особенности реализуемых инновационных стратегий и механизмов. Рассматриваются роль научно-технологической кооперации как важнейшего фактора формирования динамичных хозяйственных систем в условиях глобализации и направления ее развития.
