Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросам применения концепции человеческого капитала для анализа миграционных процессов в России. Эта концепция дает возможность моделировать соотношение затрат на миграцию и выгод, получаемых в случае переезда. Эконометрические модели, построенные на основе этой теории, позволяют оценить в монетарном выражении множество факторов, которые определяют последствия миграции для индивида. К сожалению, в силу идеологических ограничений теория человеческого капитала долгие годы воспринималась в нашей стране как чуждая, что существенно обедняло научный инструментарий. В настоящее время применение данной концепции для исследования миграции в нашей стране стало объективно необходимым. Основная задача статьи привлечь внимание отечественных исследователей к теории человеческого капитала как апробированному инструменту для более точного анализа миграционных процессов. Результаты таких исследований могут быть использованы для проведения эффективной региональной миграционной политики.
