Abstract

В статье рассматривается и обобщается зарубежный опыт проведения кластерной политики, масштабы распространения и разнообразие типов кластерных структур за рубежом. При этом основное внимание уделяется их инновационной ориентированности как главному фактору повышения конкурентоспособности региональной и национальной экономики. Особо подчеркивается важная роль государства в формировании эффективной кластерной политики, обеспечивающей существенное улучшение бизнес-климата и стимулирующей приоритетное развитие высокотехнологичных отраслей. Ситуации в России будет посвящена статья в следующем номере журнала (Ред.).
