Abstract

В статье рассматривается метод модификации показателя эффективности инвестиционных проектов чистой приведенной стоимости (NPV) с учетом подверженности риску инвестиционного проекта и фирмы-исполнителя. Изложены этапы модификации и их экономический смысл. Полученная модификация NPV дает возможность оценить эффективность инвестиционного проекта, гарантируя его безубыточность.
