Abstract

В статье систематизируются основные виды рисков пионерного этапа формирования Восточно-Сибирского нефтегазового комплекса, оцениваются вероятные последствия их реализации для социально-экономического развития регионов. Для оценки региональных рисков используется традиционный метод анализа сценариев регионального развития при различных стратегиях корпоративного бизнеса, которые представлены совокупностью инвестиционных проектов и намерений, ограничений и преференций государства в лице субъектов Федерации. Экономические эффекты в регионах формирования ВСНГК рассматриваются показателями прироста ВРП региона и доходов региональных и местных бюджетов.
