Abstract

В статье анализируются электроемкости последовательной цепочки иерархически взаимосвязанных уровней экономики РФ в 2006-2007гг.: ВВП = сегменты экономики = «отрасли» = технологические процессы.. С точки зрения прогнозирования электропотребления 2006 и 2007 г. являют собой крайне интересный пример меняющегося импульсного характера роста спроса на электроэнергию в условиях интенсивно растущего внутреннего и внешнего спроса на продукцию электроемких отраслей РФ. В 2006 г. был показан высокий прирост ВВП и очень высокий электропотребления, в 2007 г. еще более внушительный прирост ВВП при резко снизившемся приросте электропотребления, темпы снижения электроемкости ВВП ускорились почти вдвое. Сопоставительный анализ 2006 и 2007 гг. помогает понять, что может лежать в основе изменения электропотребления в стране в период общемирового кризиса и после выхода из него.
