Abstract

В статье рассматриваются некоторые тенденции и особенности развития мирового и отечественного продовольственного рынков в условиях глобального кризиса последних лет, показаны роль и место России в этих процессах. На примере животноводства, в частности производства мяса говядины, исследован ряд ключевых факторов повышения конкурентоспособности российской аграрной продукции, импортозамещения и роста цен на продовольственные ресурсы.
