Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы и особенности развития российского рынка труда, исследуется процесс согласования спроса на рабочую силу и ее предложения, выявляются и анализируются детерминирующие развитие этого процесса факторы. Обсуждаются возможности учета структурных характеристик спроса и предложения, а также динамики заработной платы при анализе процесса их согласования на российском рынке труда. Даются прогнозные оценки динамики его основных параметров.
