Прогнозирование Региональных Рынков Сотовой Связи

Abstract

В статье обсуждается задача моделирования региональных рынков сотовой связи. Анализируется ситуация в нескольких регионах с целью выявления общих закономерностей и возможности построения прогноза для одних регионов, зная динамику других регионов, опережающих в развитии исследуемый регион. Предлагается модель для уточнения прогнозов при обнаружении характерных изменений в поведении регионального рынка. Вводится понятие родственного рынка и предлагается построение прогноза на основе траектории родственного регионального рынка на примере Курганской области.
