Abstract

В статье исследуется формирование стимулов к технологической модернизации ведущих отраслей российской экономики. Эти стимулы описываются как реакция на возникающие ограничения их развития, связанные с проникновением на рынки (барьер конкурентоспособности) или с недостатком ресурсов. Дается характеристика возможных конкретных вариантов технологического ответа на возникающие ограничения.
