Некоторые Особенности Экономических И Финансовых Кризисов В Процессе Мировой Интеграции

Abstract

В статье на основе анализа нескольких наиболее крупных финансовых кризисов последнего двадцатилетия делается вывод о том, что в основе кризисов лежат просчеты монетарных властей в искусстве опережающего регулирования, их недостаточная способность проводить ответственную макроэкономическую политику. В равной степени играет роль креативность самих финансовых рынков при создании новых инструментов, интерпретации принципов отчетности и др. В заключение приведено несколько индикаторов состояния финансового рынка, по уровню которых можно попытаться оценить степень кризисной угрозы для конкретного национального финансового рынка. Статья основана на материалах 2008 г.
