Abstract

В статье предпринята попытка оценить влияние валютного и нефтяного факторов на объемы и распределение инвестиционных потоков в регионы России. Основное внимание уделено корреляционному анализу воздействия изменения значений номинальных курсов иностранных валют (доллара США и евро) и биржевой цены сырой нефти марки Urals на динамику отечественных и зарубежных инвестиций (в том числе прямых) в различных регионах и региональных группах страны за десятилетний период (1995-2005 гг.). Выявлены заметные различия между группами в степени их инвестиционной чувствительности к воздействиям валютного и нефтяного факторов, которая предопределяется неоднородностью экономического пространства страны, природно-сырьевых и трудовых ресурсов, развитости транспортной инфраструктуры, активности властных структур на местах по привлечению инвестиций и т. д.
