Потребление И Накопление Основного Капитала В России: Альтернативная Оценка

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены официальные статистические показатели наличия и использования основного капитала в экономике России. Выявлены причины недостоверности этих показателей. Произведен альтернативный расчет макроэкономических показателей потребления и накопления капитала путем сопоставления объемов амортизации и инвестиций. Дана оценка воспроизводства основного капитала для 2001 г., согласно которой размер потребления значительно превышает размер накопления. Обоснована необходимость роста инвестиций в основной капитал и рассчитан размер этого увеличения.
