Метод учета влияния научно-технического прогресса на экономическое развитие в межотраслевой модели rim

Abstract

В статье сформулирован и реализован усовершенствованный алгоритм корректировки коэффициентов матрицы прямых затрат в межотраслевой модели RIM, разработанной в ИНП РАН. Рассмотрено несколько сценариев развития, характеризующихся различными темпами внедрения ресурсосберегающих мероприятий. Для каждого сценария поставлена и решена задача минимизации дополнительных капиталовложений для обеспечения требуемого уровня роста ВВП с учетом оптимального использования имеющегося потенциала ресурсосбережения. Проведено сравнение результатов моделирования на основе модернизированной модели RIM с показателями сценарных прогнозов развития экономики до 2020 г., разработанными специалистами ИНП РАН.
