Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с классификацией и оценкой бюджетных рисков федерального бюджета, а также их связь с устойчивостью федерального бюджета. Актуальность проблемы вызвана реализацией ряда бюджетных рисков в 2014-2016 годах. Реализация бюджетных рисков является критической для устойчивости федерального бюджета и способна оказать существенное влияние на бюджеты в будущем, в связи с чем требуется особое внимание к выявлению, оценке и разработке мер снижения бюджетных рисков федерального бюджета. Результаты исследования, полученные в статье, будут полезны при дальнейшем изучении проблем устойчивости и сбалансированности как федерального бюджета, так и бюджетов нижестоящих уровней, а также при исследовании отдельных аспектов эффективности государственной финансовой политики.
