Экономико-Правовая Безопасность В Сфере Кредитования Юридических Лиц

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются сущность и особенности экономико-правовой безопасности кредитования юридических лиц, автор описывает риски и их место в общей системе управления банком. Выделены особенности современного банковского кредитования юридических лиц в России, анализируется современная структура долгосрочного кредитного портфеля коммерческих банков. Делается вывод о том, что, хотя на рынке долгосрочных кредитов и наблюдаются положительные тенденции, объёмы инвестиционного кредитования предприятий в анализируемом периоде (2008-2014 годы) недостаточны, а банки в этот период формировали долгосрочный кредитный портфель во многом за счёт ипотеки. Характеризуются основные угрозы экономико-правовой безопасности банковской деятельности при кредитовании юридических лиц.
