Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме управления спросом на электропотребление в рамках работы оптового и розничного рынков электроэнергии России. Авторами выявлены, обобщены существующие на сегодняшний день инструменты управления спросом. Проведен анализ преимуществ и недостатков практического применения каждого инструмента, оценен уровень их использования в отечественной практике. В статье обоснована необходимость разработки и внедрения инновационных инструментов и механизмов управления спросом на электропотребление на всех уровнях управления.
