Abstract

Мировая практика неоднократно доказывала, что конкурентная политика является ключевым инструментом реализации основных направлений социально-экономического развития территорий, включая формирование институциональной среды для инновационного развития, снижение инфляции, создание условий для повышения качества и уровня жизни населения, развитие конкурентоспособности региональной экономики в целом. В России основным инструментом стимулирования развития конкуренции призвана стать реализация Дорожной карты «Развитие конкуренции и совершенствование антимонопольной политики». В целях оказания методологической помощи регионам в создании конкурентной среды в сентябре 2015 года был принят Стандарт развития конкуренции в субъектах Российской Федерации. Настоящая статья посвящена реализации основных требований этого Стандарта.
