Тенденции Развития Мясоперерабатывающего Подкомплекса Курганской Области

Abstract

Состояние и перспективы развития мясоперерабатывающего подкомплекса тесно связаны с сельским хозяйством. Сегодня эта отрасль во многом зависит от поставок мяса по импорту. В настоящее время мясоперерабатывающие предприятия активно проводят реконструкцию и модернизацию своих цехов, что дает возможность достигнуть положительных результатов в развитии отрасли и увеличить объемы производства выпускаемой продукции. Проведена оценка производства мясного сырья, колбасных изделий, мясных консервов и полуфабрикатов, проанализировано использование производственных мощностей на предприятиях по переработке мяса в Курганской области, выявлены проблемы развития мясоперерабатывающего подкомплекса и возможности их решения.
