Abstract

В статье рассмотрены вопросы, связанные с управлением имущественным комплексом уголовно-исполнительной системы (УИС), приведены нормативные правовые акты, регламентирующие эту деятельность. На примере управления Федеральной службы исполнения наказаний (УФСИН) по Краснодарскому краю рассмотрены факторы, снижающие эффективность управления федеральной собственностью.
