Abstract

Проблема безотзывных вкладов постоянно обсуждается на протяжении последних десяти лет. При этом всегда находятся как активные сторонники их внедрения, так и непримиримые оппоненты. Особую актуальность этот вопрос приобретает в настоящее время: российская финансовая система восстанавливается после затяжного падения, и кредитные организации нуждаются в долгосрочных ресурсах, привлекаемых на внутреннем рынке. Однако прежде чем окончательно принять решение, рассмотрим историю вопроса.
