Abstract

Необеспеченные сделки продажи имеют большое значение для финансовых рынков. В статье рассматривается существующая система регулирования коротких продаж на российском финансовом рынке, а также анализируется еѐ соответствие принципам эффективного регулирования коротких продаж, предложенных Техническим Комитетом Международной организацией комиссий по ценным бумагам.
