Abstract

В настоящей статье вскрыт вопрос конфликтности экономических интересов субъектов, взаимодействующих на рынке банковских услуг в части депозитного обслуживания, а именно между клиентом и банковской структурой. Для решения вопроса в интересах клиента предлагается анализ действующего законодательства, регулирующего взаимоотношения по данному вопросу с непосредственной привязкой к типовому содержанию договора банковского депозита и выработкой практических рекомендаций, препятствующих неконтролируемым потерям дохода по депозитам.
