Abstract

Статья представляет собой обзор методологических подходов к венчурному инвестированию. В условиях того, что венчурное финансирование является на сегодня ключевым источником роста малого и крупного бизнеса. Одним из основных шагов должна стать совместная разработка вариантного прогноза с тем, чтобы оценить возможности и понять цели, которые могли бы быть достигнуты при различных внешних условиях и инвестициях, а также разработка программ реализации сформулированных целей как стратегического плана (программы) действий государства и бизнеса с использованием венчурного инвестирования и частно-государственного партнерства в области инновационной экономики.
