Особенности Управления Эффективностью Регионального Коммерческого Банка (На Примере Коммерческих Банков Удмуртской Республики)

Abstract

Современный банковский сектор Удмуртской Республики представляет собой многосложное сочетание банков различных масштабов и специализаций бизнеса. В статье рассматривается опыт работы региональных банков в условиях конкуренции с федеральными банками, а также универсализации банковской деятельности. Автором показано, что ключевыми факторами успеха регионального банка в посткризисный период становятся его внутренние возможности, способность реагировать на деятельность конкурентов и оперативно изменять продуктовую линейку клиентского обслуживания.
