Abstract

Автором выявлены и обоснованы методологические погрешности при идентификации категории «кластер» в стратегических документах как федерального значения, так и регионального (на примере Белгородской области); разработан алгоритм по выявлению кластеров и проведена оценка кластеризации Белгородской области; сопоставлен отраслевой профиль исследуемого региона с отраслевыми профилями ОЭЗ технико-внедренческого и промышленнопроизводственного типа и ИЦ «Сколково», в результате чего были выявлены перспективные направления развития региональной инновационной системы Белгородской области.
