Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы использования программно-целевых методов управления в социальной сфере региона. Анализируются программы, реализуемые Комитетом по культуре и туризму Рязанской области. Вносятся предложения по совершенствованию долгосрочных целевых программ.
