Abstract

В статье рассматривается и анализируется механизм управления риском дефолта заемщика, который выделен в приведенной автором классификации рисков финансирования недвижимости. Новизной данной работы выступает разработка модели оценки риска дефолта заемщика, которая позволяет кредитной организации повысить эффективность управления данным риском.
