Abstract

В данной статье автором предложена технология создания кластеров в строительстве, которая основана на взаимодействии администрации области, информационно-консультационного агентства и участников кластера, на формировании информационно-аналитических потоков, причиной создания которых является возникновение кластерной инициативы.
