Проблемы Развития И Поддержки Малого И Среднего Бизнеса В Муниципальном Образовании (На Примере Г. Новозыбкова)

Abstract

Развитие и поддержка малого и среднего бизнеса является одной из приоритетных задач государства. Не смотря на это, у малого и среднего бизнеса существует ряд окончательно не решенных проблем. В статье установлено, какие именно проблемы на муниципальном уровне сдерживают развитие малого и среднего бизнеса. Изучение специфики взаимодействия представителей органов местного самоуправления и представителей малого и среднего бизнеса позволило прийти к выводу о низкой компетентности муниципальных властей в вопросах, связанных с поддержкой малого и среднего предпринимательства. В связи с этим, автором предложены рекомендации оптимального взаимодействия представителей муниципальной власти и бизнеса.
