Abstract

В статье рассматривается один из ключевых вопросов развития современного оптового рынка электроэнергии и мощности в Российской Федерации формирование потребительских тарифов на продаваемую электроэнергию и присоединенную мощность с учетом качества этих специфических товаров с точки зрения конечных потребителей. Рассмотрены основные показатели качества продаваемой электроэнергии и структура народнохозяйственного ущерба в результате снижения качества и возможные потери для конечных потребителей.
