Abstract

Статья ставит своей задачей рассмотреть теоретические основы принятия стратегических решений, подходы, применяемые в рамках различных экономических школ. Рассматривая наиболее популярные теории, автор исходит из концепции утилитарности, поскольку выбор наиболее полезных и эффективных альтернатив одно из приоритетных направлений деятельности современного менеджмента. Данные теории оценены исходя из возможностей их практического применения, а также аксиоматического и эвристического характера, определены сильные и слабые стороны теорий.
