Abstract

Статья посвящена изучению особенностей системы мотивации и стимулирования труда работников здравоохранения в современных условиях. Проведенный анализ позволяет утверждать, что проблемы повышения трудовой мотивации носят системный характер и требуют комплексного подхода при их решении. На основе выявленных закономерностей сделан вывод об основном направлении совершенствования современных систем мотивации труда, в том числе в целях повышения уровня жизни работников медицинских учреждений.
